Mr. Huang Yi

Mr. Huang Yi is our chairman and one of the two founding partners, and is responsible for the strategic management of the Group, and for the formulating our overall corporate direction and focus. Mr. Huang is currently the president of the Lexus China Dealer Advisory Council, as well as the president of the Advisory Council of GZ Toyota. Mr. Huang has substantial senior management experience and more than 33 years'experience and in-depth knowledge of the PRC automobile industry.

Mr. Li Guoqiang

Mr Li Guoqiang is our vice-chairman and chief executive officer as well as our other founding partner. He is responsible for the overall management and operations of the Group. Mr. Li has more than 30 years'experience of the PRC automobile industry and is currently the deputy chairman of China Automobile Dealers Association. He had received Distinguished Lexus Dealer Awards in 2007 from Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd.
